We offer a couple different collections of miniature micro fiction that you can actually read and release on a regular basis.
How I started creating miniature books
Ever since I went to Japan, I became fascinated with the culture of vending machines and capsule toys. I was low-key searching for a way to incorporate the joy of mystery and surprise with my creative writing.
I found and purchased an Art Vend, and knew that I had the perfect set of stories to start my tiny book experiment: the Court of the Time Queen, a set of stories about a young princess from the 14th century in an alternate timeline who is thrust into a time-travel adventure, for fans of Doctor Who and Valerian and Laureline.
For now, I am handmaking the books - but if people enjoy them, I'll be producing them on a larger scale! My intention is to release various "series" of miniature books, much like capsule companies do with their toys. You can buy them in mystery packaging from my vending machine or online, or in an entire set.

YES! Every page has readable text. They are real stories you can read. Every book also comes with a QR code so you can read the text at a more comfortable level on your phone.
Each tiny book is 1.5 inches by 1 inch. The font inside is set at 6.5 or 7. Don't worry if it's too small for you to read - each book comes with a QR code with a link to the text so you can read it on your phone!
Each story is approximately 800-1,100 words. So, yes, a little longer than "real" micro-fiction!
With mystery packaging, you don't know which story you're going to get! Part of the fun is the surprise.
Nope! Each story is individual. But, if you read the stories in a particular order, a larger plot will be revealed.
Each book is approximately $7 CAD.
All of my miniature books are young adult (teen) fiction. The protagonists are between the ages of 12-18.
That's unfortunately the nature of getting a tiny book from a vending machine or in mystery packaging! If you're in person with me, I will generally exchange so you don't have to walk away disappointed. I will offer the books individually in the future so you can collect them!
